How can I import a jpg file (document) while the game(program) is running?
If you know of a tut or some type paper that tell you how to do this let me know.

I take it that you can not zoom in and out in 2D

I want to compare two maps, so I need to be able to import the maps in to the program while it is running.
I need to delete the one that are in the program and import two more. Can that be done.
I am using both 5.6 and 18.3 unity. I am doing this in 2D. I all so need to be able to zoom in and out.
The program it all done. I can use it and it work very well. When I make a stand alone program of it I can not change maps. I hope someone can help

As for loading the images at runtime, I'd start with the answers here:
    https://answers.unity.com/questions/432655/loading-texture-file-from-pngjpg-file-on-disk.html

To "zoom in and out" can mean many things, you'll have to be more specific. It can be as simple as just moving the camera, moving the object you want to zoom, adjusting the scale of the object you want to zoom, etc. Depends on exactly the effect you are going for.

I have no idea what you mean by "I want to compare two maps". You have to be specific if you are looking for specific answers.

I know, I am weird. I want to take a map that is not very old and then take an old map like from the 1880 of the same area.
I can move the old map around and make it wider or smaller in the X and Y. When the two maps are the same scale I can pick out a place on the old map with red dot I can move around. then I just move the old map from the new map and the red dot stay where it was. Then I can see right where the place from the old is on the new map.I got it working fine. But when I make a stand alone program of it I can not change the maps. It works very well finding thing from the past that are not their any more. Thank you for your help.
