commercial use assets

I sent a request to customer service but I have no response. So I post the message on the forum and thank you in advance for your answers. :



I am sorry for my bad english ( i am french).

I have read the subject : "Can I use assets from the Asset Store in my commercial game?"
but i don't understand a term.

i want use for create futur commercial games :
- free assets (https://assetstore.unity.com/?free=true&orderBy=1) : If i understand this, i can use them if they have no restrictions in their description.

- standart assets create by unity ( https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/essentials/asset-packs/standard-assets-for-unity-2017-3-32351 ) . Here, i don't know if i can use them for commercial games ?

You can use almost everything that is in the Asset Store commercially. However, there may indeed be some Assets that are not allowed to be used commercially - such as Unity's Adam assets.

i can use everything int the asset store except if they have a mention : not for commercially use ?

no restriction, it's ok to use in my future game ?

Yeah, it says "as basis for your own projects"

While I personally wouldn't use the Standard Assets anymore (since they are outdated), you can freely use and modify them for your own needs.

Basically, what you can't use commercially are those Adam assets I was talking about or anything from The Heretic. These are not licensed under the Asset Store EULA.
