    so if you manually set a gradle path for your unity project and get this error you have this solution:
    Download the correct gradle version!
    unity does not give any indication of what version it needs when you select gradle folder on external tools tab, but if you search on google unity {your version of unity} gradle version you can see what version of gradle it needs. in my case {unity 2022.2} i was using the latest version but it needed the gradle 7.2.
