CommandInvokationFailure: Failed to update Android SDK package list.

    Hi there. I couldn't install my apk to new android phones because of this error. I cannot get Target API Level option and when I built it, my apk file does not install to new android phones(for example samsung s9). I tried many ways by this forum but the same again.
