Hi I am selling a high quality, medium poly (3079 verts, 2211 tris) model. The price is $5; considering that I spent over 8 hours on it, I think that my price is more than reasonable. I used the poly by poly modeling process for most of the complex parts, so while it was a painstaking process, the model is both accurate and fairly low-poly, considering the detail. It is completely UV mapped and textured, and includes both a photo-realistic skin and a stylized skin. Enjoy!

I will be listing it the unity asset store soon. If you pm me we can arrange a purchase through paypal via email, and I'll pass on a $1savings to you!

    Update: added normal/specular/displacement/ambient occlusion maps

The stylized skin is the same with some filters on it.

Ok it looks good. A few tips:

    1) Add spec maps to bring out dirt/scratches.

    2) bumpmaps..

With just those two things I think it would look tons better!

Well your right and wrong, it's the same texture map, but I incresed the contrast, added a few filters and repainted some spots to give it a more graphic novel look. I guess I could have just put up the photorealistic skin, but I think someone could use the extra skin.

Thanks! i'm working on some spec maps/ bump maps now, and I'll update it when i'ts done.

Do you need a license to use guns in your game? Do the gun manufacturers care?

Yes, the clip and the charging handle are. So is the stock, heat-shield, barrel, carrying handle, hand grip, plus the upper and lower receivers, so if I decide to release attachments/mods, you can use them with the existing model. It includes front and rear sights, so you can easily implement it in to a COD/BFBC2 style game. I cant seem to get spec maps working in unity, so when I do, I will e-mail to to all buyers for free. Any attachments/mods I make after your purchase, you will receive for free, along with any updates. So, buy it now and receive whatever updates I make for free, be it spec maps, normal maps, attachments, or mods.

pretty cool. I hate it when people make guns with clips that arent removable.

Haha, that's not as bad as when someone subdivides their gun 10x, and its a low-poly looking with 100,000 tris.
