Colors extremely saturated on URP with HDR on Windows build, wrong color space?

My game uses linear color space and HDR on URP. It looks great on the player, but on build everything is darker and more saturated. Stars disappear, etc.

I've disabled all post-processing effects, including color grading, but the bug remains.

Disabling HDR solves the issue. However I would like to use HDR in my project.

I am unable to test on other platforms, but can provide the project or any other information if needed.

    Tested using:
    2022.1.0b16.3019
    2022.1.8f1.3359

I'm getting this too with 2021.3. Well, not more saturated, it's just much darker when I have HDR on, and this only happens with builds (not in editor).

    What windows version?
    Win10 has crappy HDR implementation.
    Win11 is slightly better.

It could also help to make a bug report for this issue

Issue disappeared in the latest updates, can't say which one was the fix though
