Color inspector color picker (the dropper toop) is broken on 4k monitors

The little dropper icon next to colors in inspector normally allow you to pick a color from the screen. On 4k monitors, it's broken -- it doesn't pick the color at the dropper cursor. It seems to be picking a color at an offset from the cursor, likely due to getting confused about the screen resolution.

This is on Windows 10.

Anyone know how to fix this?

 

I also have this issue. At the moment I'm using Just Color picker from here: http://annystudio.com/software/colorpicker/ which works great for me.
