Colliders not colliding

Hi i have a big problem. I recently ran the api updater and now my colliders arent colliding. Can some one help me please?

I ran the api updater in unity that changes code or something and after that was done i tried playing my game again and all of the game objects just went through each other. now all of the objects just fall in the sky. I reinstalled unity but that didnt do anything. The example project wasnt affected by the updater. so at the moment my only solution is to either restart the whole thing again which will take long because i was almost finished or redo the whole game in a different engine.
