    Hello!

I have an FPS game with a scene which contains objects with primitive colliders (box, sphere, etc). When I try to build it for WebGL, sometimes colliders of some objects stop interacting with player's Character Controller, like they simply dissapear, so player can fall down through the floor. Moreover, if I would reload the scene, the same collider works fine.

Can please anybody advise on this issue?

    Thanks

What version of Unity are you running? and on what OS and browser?

could you attach a build of the project so I can see if this occurs on other versions?

My current build is a production-ready project. I can try to reproduce it in the smaller one what can take uncertain amount of time.

For now, attaching my current project and character controller settings.

To be more concrete about the issue, it happens not that often and with absolutely random object with collider. Also, I noticed that it can be influenced by low fps (not sure about this).

sadly, it's too obscure of an issue for me to diagnose. a bug report with a smaller project is the ideal way for us to look into it.

I will say that we've done so much work since 2020.3, and we don't backport to it anymore, so I highly recommend upgrading at least to 2021 to get a lot of the fixes and features we've added.

I have this problem since i use Webgl (2015) and i have never found the solution of this issue.
It affect all my players and happen really randomly.

A player can load 10 times the map and everything is fine and at the 11th times one or two colliders are not working or not present (because we can't debug this without editor) and the player can move into a wall or just fall because the floor collider is not here or not working. If the player leave the map and load it again after getting the bug, everything is back to normal.

Like it's impossible to reproduce in real time and like it just happen randomly, it's hard to start a bug report. But it's a real bug present since a long time.

Still happening in 2022 LTS+? Haven't seen it yet but wondering if I should keep an eye on it.
