Collaboration on Unity Technologies - ASAP help pls

So, I received an email from Unity Technologies that a group member had shared a unity project with me associated with his personal organization name. I can't find access to this project or organization at all and wanted some detailed help in finding access. Thanks!

PS: Any assistance after November 6th wouldn't be useful. Also, the sooner the help, the better. Thanks!

So, I managed to resolve that issue with the group lead but when I open the file through the unity hub I receive the following error messages and a blank project. Just curious, do you know how this can be resolved?
