Collab Problems pls help :)

(Using unity 2020.2) Hi a friend and my self have recently been working on a game using unity 2020.2. When I go to upload or download any changes using the built in Collab feature this is what appears: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AClNFvt7Zkz_JoblTD5lTxR99n8wxt3c/view?usp=sharing

The words are cut off all of the buttons are just black white rectangles.

Now I cant publish any changes even though I have made them and saved them the publish button is grayed and I am synced to the latest version. ( In order for me to sync to my friends changes I have to completely close unity and then re-open it.)
