Collab occasionally misses syncing one or more files

I've been trying to use collab for our team of two, and for the most part it has been ok, but once in a while we get some files that don't update even though collab appears to be up to date. We are afraid this is causing regression bugs, some of which might be exceedingly difficult to track down if we assume everything is up to date when it really isn't.

Has anyone else experienced this, or perhaps know something I don't?

Yes. I've been working solo on a project and made around 80 commits.
Another developer just joined and he's getting some really old scripts.

I'm really sorry that you two have been encountering this really crappy bug. We are looking into it and hope to have a fix for it soon.

Can both of you submit a bug report? That would really help us out.

The best method would be to open Unity then go to Help->Report a Bug. It'll be especially helpful if you can send it from the computer that is currently having the sync issues so that we can see their logs. Then post here the bug number when you get the confirmation email that the bug was sent so that we can easily find it.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the issue is with renaming and then modifying a file, at least that's what I did in this case...
