Collab not synching for me

I'm working on a project with two others and I'm running into troubles that I'm only getting. We have a teams setup, have collab synched up for the project, and we have access to it. For my groupmates when they access to the file they get whatever we worked on no problem. But I when I try and access the file, I would get an error message or the project won't load.
It isn't an issue when my groupmates access it, but when I access it, it doesn't work at all. I know it's on my side of things, but what exactly is preventing me to access the file?
My unity is up to date, we have the same settings, but it's still not working.
