Collab Downloaded Speed Very Slow

    The Owner account is downloaded normally but the User or Manager account is abnormally slow.

    Hi @uty6910! There shouldn't be any limitations on your download speeds based on your role in your project. Could you and your teammates use our Network Reporting Tool and submit the reports to our Support Team so that they can help see if there might be something affecting your connections to Collab?
