Collab - cannot move file 31

I have an issue that appears only to happen on my end and makes using collab impossible for me. The issue is when i recieve anything from the team I get error cannot move file. When i view the error logs it has the following

If i then tell it to download again it has many merge conflicts.

I can get everything from the team only when I re create the project from the cloud. This has been fine in the past as updates weren't as fast. The problem is we are nearing the end of the project and with several updates a day its become very difficult to do any work on my end.
