Cloud Recognition In Vuforia not Working

So I already try it out and it doesnt work

I already put the license key in Vuforia and put the Acces and Secret Key to the Cloud Recognition.prefab and it doesnt work.

The content of the metadata that i use is a link of a 3D model, but it doesnt work

Any solution guys?

 

Can you be more specific as to what isn't working? Is the connection to the DB failing, or are the image targets not detecting?

It doesn't detect the marker and doesnt want to show the object via link that i put in metadata

 

Do the logs contain any errors related to Vuforia? Do you see any logs related to your targets?

 

i face the same trouble. there is no error from Vuforia. what i got is "vuforia started" and then it is not identifying image. i upload my image on cloud.

 

Is this on device or playmode? Which version of Unity?

This issue in playmode has been resolved in Vuforia 7.0.47 which is available with Unity 2017.3.0p4.

Why the code doesnt work? There is red underline on ICloudRecoEventHandler ..

Vuforia web page,says do it..But there is no ICloudRecoEventHandler on my library..I hope I could explain my problem..Thanks
