Feature Request Cloud layers scale

    I've just tested the new cloud layer in 2021.2 alpha, and I must say, they are very impressive! For a non-volumetric solution, they provide a great visual result *thumbs up*

    The only "issue" I'm having with them so far is their fixed size: If the player moves upwards (towards the sky), their size remain unchanged, so the player immediately realizes it's just a flat texture.

    It would be a great feature if we could modify the scale of the clouds from a script, so if the player is on top of a tall mountain, we could make the clouds slightly bigger (so it would look like the player is actually a bit closer to the clouds, which gives a more realistic experience). It would be sufficient if we could just provide a tiling factor and offset parameter for the texture read.
