Cloud DIagnostics not see my Plus subscription

    Hi!

    Cloud DIagnostics not see my Plus subscription and limit me to 25 Reports per day and only 7 day data retention!

    Hi eizenhorn,

    There was a brief issue where some projects with Plus or Pro subscriptions were not recognized by Cloud Diagnostics. The issue has been resolved and you should have full access now.

    We're also experiencing this problem right now. We just updated to Plus because we exceeded the quota but we still can't see any new reports submitted.

    Apologies. There was a caching issue on our side that we have resolved. Your quota should be increased now.

    Thanks, yes it seem to have updated. But we can't see any of the bugs reported while waiting on the upgrade. Is there still some cache problem?

    Unfortunately, those reports were not recorded because the upgrade had not registered yet within Cloud Diagnostics. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Well that's indeed very inconvenient! The only reason we paid for the upgrade was so this wouldn't happen! And because of problem on your side we lost over half of our user reports on the first day of our beta test.
    How can they be gone when I got (currenylt non-working) links to them in my mail? Surely they must reside somewhere on your servers?

    We are also experiencing this problem right now. We changed the organization for the project to an organization with a pro license, but the limits have not changed.

    This should be resolved. You should see the correct limits now.
