Mighty Unity Devs, hear my plea for help.
I initially had this problem with my project after I set it up on cloud build but disabling the auto-build under the lighting tab and manually building/checking in the generated lighting files in the scene folder resolved it. For some reason it's popped up again... clearing/rebuilding the lighting data and executing a clean build on cloudbuild hasn't solved the issue. Local build is fine. Screenshots attached, problem is pretty obvious. What step am i missing? CloudBuildProblem.png LocalBuild.PNG

I changed my directional light baking from mixed to realtime and the Ambient GI under Environmental Lighting from realtime to baked. One of those two things fixed the problem.

Are you sure it's just not because you turned off auto light build?

Yes, that's how I resolved the issue the first time (it's been off since then).
