When attempting to build an Android project in Unity version 2021.2.16f1, I get a build failure:

    The error in the log:

    Code (CSharp):
    1. 138: [Unity]   Project has invalid dependencies:
    2. 139: [Unity]     com.unity.render-pipelines.universal: Package [com.unity.render-pipelines.universal@12.1.6] cannot be found
    3. 140: [Unity] A re-import of the project may be required to fix the issue or a manual modification of BUILD_PATH/p/Packages/manifest.json file.
Is version 12.1.6 of URP not available for cloud builds yet?

I'm also seeing this wondering what the best work around is. What version of Unity should I use looks like I can't run older URP versions with current 2021.12.16.

Tested using a new, somewhat blank project using Cloud Build on Unity version 2021.2.16f1... and it worked.

I'm guessing there is an issue with the upgrading to 2021 from a previous version.

I have been building locally for two weeks its getting a bit stressing. Cannot see what other dependency is causing this problem. I'll try upgrading to the 2022.1 and see if that fixes the issue

    Update: I misunderstood the error.

My realization of what happened came when running my build from 2021.2.18 with the 12.1.3 package. I get the same error, but with the 12.1.3 in place of the 12.1.6

What this error was telling me was that the package was incompatible with my editor version.
