Cloud Build is not down. There was (and still is) a much higher demand in the free tier due to some license changes that went into effect today (and we didn't adequately prepare for). We've added extra capacity there to help keep up with the demand (but will take a little while to catch up).

Thanks. While I've got your attention do you mind taking a look at the support ticket I opened today? https://support.unity3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/116224
I've been unable to troubleshoot any further because my builds have been stuck in the queue for the past 3+ hours.

Thanks. I've contacted sales to see if we can get back to priority cloud builds with our perpetual license. You can close this thread here.

As well as me, PLAN: Pro until yesterday was changed to PLAN: Personal.

With this change, did you have a permanent license, can Cloudbuild's preferred build no longer be available?

If your org has perpetual pro licenses and no current subscriptions, you'll increasingly have limited services access as time goes on. (Various emails were sent about that earlier this year, with more information about converting to a Unity subscription.) Please contact cloud build support directly for assistance if there's a particular situation happening with your org.

I understand that access restriction has started.

I will purchase a subscription for Unity Pro.
    Thanks.
