Cloth Physics Problems.

I'm trying to add the Cloht's Physic to my character and due to the complexity of the mesh i runned out into a problem. I tried to use the normal cloth system offered by Unity but to get a better result i bought Obi and i'm trying to use it.

2 Months ago without reason the Obi Support, after asking me to send them my model stopped answering me. This thing made me i little bit mad and i'm still stuck in this uneasy situation.. Is there someone that could help me???
