Assuming in Move mode in the editor -
When ProBuilder window is open then transform handles will disapear out of Object-selection mode - so if you click any non-probuilder object in your scene the transform handle is invisible!
This is quite weird in itself, but if you close the probuilder window the move handles will still be invisible.

With some observation I see that is because the 'Move Tool' toggle is deselected in most modes - something you can not normally do - but so I would suggest that when probuilder window is closed you re-select the last Tool mode to avoid confusion, unless it is just me?!

Hi! Sounds like a bug- can you post some screenshots? I can't repro that here, but I might be misunderstanding. Thanks!

Open probuilder window, select vertex mode [Move tool etc in top-left of editor de-selected], now close probuilder window - Move tool etc still de-selected so select an object in scene and no move handle or other gizmo visible.

Not a biggie but confused me as I always have Move Tool selected!
