CLANG_ENABLE_MODULES should default to YES

    CLANG_ENABLE_MODULES should default to YES

    It's been defaulted to YES in creating a new Xcode project from scratch since Swift became a thing.

    Is there any undocumented, Unity-specific reason it's defaulted to NO?

    (I've had a post-process step to patch it to YES since Unity 5.x... still need it as of Unity 2019.3.0b3)
