    Hi everybody,

I'm excited to introduce our upcoming game called City Lines.
    Website: http://citylines-game.com

This is a twist on Number Link / Flow Free gameplay: after you successfully solve a puzzle, the board will turn into a beautiful city map accordingly.
There are about 1000 levels, and more levels will even be added frequently in future releases.

The game is expected to be available in a few weeks. Stay tuned! :)

    P.S. Unity is a-w-e-s-o-m-e

Can you explain more about the game? You merely say there is a puzzle, and when it is solved, the game turns into a city map. That doesn't really explain much. Are the city maps just pictures? Are they part of the puzzles?

Your title says "Build beautiful cities". Your description doesn't explain anything about building the cities, and it sounds as if they are premade?

After reading this. I have utterly no idea what your game is about. I also visited your website, but couldn't find anything.

Hey. Thanks for your comment. That helps me know that I need to improve my communicate skill :)

I'll upload gameplay video later. For now, I'll try to explain it in words:

+ I guess you understand the puzzle part, right?
+ When you complete the puzzle, the game will fill those color lines with related ground/water colors, and then it will put trees, houses, buildings, vehicles on those platforms - with a combination of some placement rules and randomnesses. So it's kind of dynamically built, not pre-made.

I hope it clarifies a bit. Thanks again :)

What is the purpose of the building of the city, does a different city configuration `do something` different or provide extra points or something?

Hi. It's just a kind of "visual reward" when player completes a puzzle (actually the presentation of the city is different for 1-star, 2-star, and 3-star result - e.g. the better result will give more impressive city map). Thanks :D

What I was thinking was that you could change the city as you progress with the puzzle, i.e. rearrange it as part of the puzzle solving itself, causing certain things to happen in the city that are favorable or detrimental.

That sounds like an interesting idea. Currently I want to stick with the traditional mechanics (letting users the freedom to choose a pack they want to play). I dunno, let's see :)

    Happy New Year, folks :)

We've been working hard for the async Multiplayer feature. I hope it can be done in 1-2 weeks time.

    Btw, a few more screenshots:

    Hi guys,

Multiplayer turns out to be much more complicated than what we imagined. We've only reached 90% progress for Android (and then some additional work to make it work on iOS).

So unfortunately we can't make it this time (the initial expectation was that we release Android & iOS with Multiplayer early this month).

During that time, we also got some offer from some publisher, so there's a chance that the game will be released under a (big) publisher's name.

Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. So I hope the waiting is worth it for you :)

Btw, here are some new (marketing) screenshots of the game:
