i've used my inutos on unity earlier and to tell the truth it left a sour taste in my mouth, the thing is that you need to use the keyboard a lot for coding and playing, but make sure you use it in Drawing or Sculpting.

I more use drawing tablets, for 3d sculpting, modelling, music making
and 2d texture making. As the above poster mentioned, a keyboard and
mouse, will be more used in the Unity game engine, for dragging and dropping
things, using the selection options and coding etc.

But by all means, go ahead and enjoy using, your cool cintiq with Unity.
Especially if you feel comfortable, using it as a point and click interaction device.
If it suits your style, enjoy! I know I would. :D

Cintiq’s are fantastic, though I generally stick to mouse and keyboard when in unity, I don’t find that it really adds anything to working in unity. If I’m doing a lot painting outside of unity, I’ll stay with it popping back and forth just for consistency, but that’s about it.

Thank you guys for the feedback. I'm an indie developer looking for options in terms of modeling and sculpting but at the same time I wanted to test my productions in Unity. I don't have high hopes.I just want to see my model working in Unity directly after creating in Cintiq. It's nice to have feedback from you guys, Respect Hope to see you in UniteBerlin2018
