Cinemachine wont install properly

    Hello,
    I'm newer to the Unity and am having trouble installing cinemachine from the package manager. Whenever I install it it always shows up in the packages part of my project. I am using the latest version of unity (2021.1.7) and have searched everywhere for possible fixes. I have reimported, reinstalled and tried many times to get it working. I don't know if I haven't checked a box or have some wrongly selected to make it now work. Any help is appreciated. I've also opened a blank new 3D project and it wont work there either.

    Yet again I have wasted hours trying to fix a problem listed in the documentation. The documentation states "New starting from 2.7.1: Are you looking for the Cinemachine menu? It has moved to the GameObject menu." I apologize for any and all time I have wasted of others.
