I just downloaded Cinemachine, and noticed that I am unable to add a Cinemachine Collider component from the "Add Component" menu. If I add a new virtual camera through the ClearShot Camera > Virtual Camera Children menu, the component is created automatically. But if I remove that component or parent an existing virtual camera to the ClearShot Camera, then the only way I can get the Cinemachine Collider onto it is to copy and paste from an existing Cinemachine Collider on a different virtual camera.

I'm not sure if there is a particular place to post bugs of this nature. If there is, please direct me to it. Thanks!

You'll find it in the "Extensions" dropdown at the bottom of the vcam inspector.
