Chromatic Abberation in Photoshop?

Hey, i was messing around with the post processing stack and really liked the chromatic abberation effect, and was wondering on how to achieve the same effect in photoshop. Not just moving color channels left and right, but literally the same way Unity does it, where it shows at the edge of the screen. Any ideas?

 

Are you looking for a different answer than Filter > Lens Correction > Custom > Chromatic Aberration? This is the only off-the-shelf method I am aware of.
