Character Joints influenced by Blendshape. Possible?

    Hi, is it somehow possible to move Character Joints along with a blendshape?
    I have the problem, that if i stretch an arm via blend shape, the Joint Positions of the wrist, fingers etc. dont match the new Position. Is there any solution for that, or asset???
