    Great thanks !

    So To sum it up:
    - reducing the armor is OK, which is great ! more better quality items will be on their way :)
    - I dont know how Unity handles colouring some parts of armor, I need to check it out, and I want to base it on the Unity standard shaders without rewriting tchem.
    - Undead - I guess I can polish the one thats in the package.
    - polygons can come in LODs which is extreamly problematic for customization, and these pack should be for PC and for mobile devices as well. (I'll check it out :))
    - quiver might be tricky since it needs to match all armor which is almost impossible. (I'll check it out)

    Oh and some Substance Painter test for the new Male body ! (WIP)

    Yes, reducing the armor is better for using and update. no one need a standalone belt mesh.
    2
    Yes, +1 for use standard shaders. no need too many colors armor, i think 3 colors is enough for red team, blue team and yellow team. and no need to color every amor, only the army like one need to be colored.

    about undead, you may like to take a look at the skyrim one, it looks perfect for your undead race.

    about lods. Do NOT make lods, I think that's useless, and may bring you too many works to do.
    5
    about quiver. you do not need to make it for every armor. because quiver only suit for archers, and archers usually wear no heavy armors... there is an easy way --------you just need to make 1 or few armor with quiver allready equiped. yes, i mean an armor special for archers, and the armor have quiver allready equiped. it will kill all issues. again, do not forget add arrows.

    make your works more easier and lighter, or they may never be finished.

    Heya ! To sum up slightly and tell you about the progres of the package:

    I've planned and sketched the new design for Ubrin:

    1. Rugs - for beggers and homeless
    2. Peasents - for you know who ;)
    3. Battle Cloth - its like peasents but with more leather on it
    4. Noble - for battle nobles
    5. Leather - simply leather armor
    6. Plate leather armor
    7. Chainmail armor with a bit of plate
    8. Plate armor - full plate medieval/fantasy armor with some options
    9./10. priest/mage clothing
    11. archer armor - with something on his back ;) and some different style of clothing than peasent/noble

    Armor parts that I've planned:
    1. helmet/hat (+more options that sets)
    2. chest (with blets and shoulders) / (no vests options) (+more options than sets)
    3. pants combined with boots
    4. gloves

    So this witcher/dark souls kinda style.

    These are the latest news - I'll update you whenever I'll have something more done :)

    I'm really excited for this pack.
    I hope it will be released until february, because I want to use this model for my new game.
    The body is almost perfect. I like your works. I hope you will post some new screenshots to keep our hopes alive :))

    5 Part armors are usually the thing RPG Makers ( Your Customers ) Are working towards.

    I am excited you are working on something new, i am your customer since first Ubrin, it seems instead of supporting your packages you are making new ones every once in a while.

    Take it as a constructive argument instead of a whining, i am so pleased to hear you are working on something with this QUALITY.

    Waiting for it!

    Heya and thank you :) glad to hear that :) And yes - I'm redoing the package again :p
    Currently I'm working on adjusting the body skeleton to fit perfectly or close enough with the Humanoid + generic + Invector animations set. This is quite critical since its the base of a rig of all characters and their armor.
    I'll post whenever I'll have a full male body with proper UVs and Textures :) cheers!

    Heya ! You need to script your own way on how do you want to do it.
    eaither through a database or prefab save (?). or something else.
    I show n simple scripts how can you do it, but in the future update I'll add an NPC script that will show armor on a character at a runtime.

    As an update: Male character is fixed on armature/bones and works well with the in-vector animations and should work with other humanoid animations ! (it means I will suport generic animations as well :) )

    Next are some Male texture, UVmap and mesh polishing, and also female and undead character ! :)

    Undead Character?

    I think you shouldn't bother with Undead or Skeletal races, instead focus on more variety, hairstyles, beards, tattooes etc. Instead of paying 100$ for a pack with undead i would pay 150$ for a pack with more variety, which is first focus on indie developers who buys your pack believe me :)

    I'm currently implementing characters into uMMORPG, which have a big community and a great sales point for you :)

    So a small update that I have 3 bodies in a sketch high poly that match eachother and a rig for animations !
    So male, female and undead ! After I'll have better sculpts with low polies, poper UVs and textures I'll post a screen of these 3 :) expect to see it soon :)

    Heya !
    It is too early to say when. I'm focusing on quality of models, textures and animations for mecanim system and to math with in-vector. Also I'm changing alot of things. I guess I'll be assuming some ETAs later when I'll progres more in what I want to achive here. I'm also making this package so that I wont have to change any base structures in the future when it goes to patching or future updates of polishing.
    I also hope that nothing after hours wont go in the way again and I'll focus 100% on this project in my free time :)

    While the male is already ready in low poly and here you can see it with normal map, I'm currently working on a female details and trying to figure out the new face for the undead :)

    Oh nice ! so a new Boundel or something like Boundel2 ? or update ?

    I'm hoping to have much more time on the package soon when I'll finish some extra jobs I've taken after hours :p

    Its going to be a new game, It's gonna be a hack & slash mmo :)
    Any news on the character? The substance painter test for the male body is awesome. I hope to see some new screenshots like that :D

    Thanks for sharing the video - always welcome :)

    As an update I'm currently working on new and fresh animations - alot of testing - and checking if the rig fits.
    Currently nothing to show since its an early work in progres, but I can share that the roll on the root motion is working.
    I'll propobly double the animations that require movements like attacks or roll, to make tchem with or without the root motion as an option depending on the project you are making :)

    UPDATE on WIP:

    Heya !

    So currently I've heavyli tested the male body in low poly with the animations so the rig is about right ! :)
    I've started to make and test some armor, although I'll go through the process of concepting them, so be ready for huge changes on the armor parts :)
    I do still wonder on the parts of the armor but the decision will come after testing it.

    Oh and I'm thinking of no mouth opening - so mouth always closed since there is no need for opening mouth I guess.
    And I guess it will be better to have eyes that blink that the mouth that opens.

    For now its cheers ! But expect to see some screens or a yt video of work in progress next time :)

    I think it's a long process because he is working on this at his spare times. I know the first ubrin took how much long. So, you may look for an alternative (Turkish: başka alternatifler var will b. nin UMA assetlerinin combinasyonları gibi)

    I already am using Will B.'s assets. I love them but its really disappointing not hearing a word from him for 5 months.

    Hi! I couldn't find animations that works with this characters. Wich type of animation I have to look for? I tested the mixamo animations and doesn't works

    Heya ! and I'm not dead ;-)
    I'm working on the package in my free time after work yes and currently I'm super into it !
    I cannot show you much yet, since I was learning new Unity on the way and its features, I also took some extra jobs in my spare time since people asked me, but currently I'm heavyli working on the re-make of the package from scratch.
    Last week I've made concept sketches of the new armor sets.
    I also started to make the low poly version of female.
    I have plans to remake the undead slightly.
    I'm also heavyli testing the new skeleton and trying to prpear humanoid skeleton with new animations, some with root motion also.
    I'm also working on some environment as seperate package, and many many props and extrass.
    I know. I need to focus on 1 thing - and its the Ubrin package ! :) yes its happening.

    All in all :) I'll be updating you on the progress with screens :)

    Hi,

    I was thinking about buying this... if I do, and you release your new package will I have to spend more money to buy it or will it be an upgrade?

    Also, wasn't clear from the previous posts, and will the new package be mobile friendly? (low number of polygons?)

    Heya ! it will be an update to this package. I'm not sure if paid or not since the quality of the package just went high high :) which I'm pretty happy about what I have now as the base of the new and redone one.
    I'm not sure about mobile friendly. I'm still trying to keep things as optimized as possible, but the rest is hard to say. I dont really know what you need for the project and what kind of game will that be.
    I'll post propably the poly number on the way.

    Hey and Thank you ! I'll add the price soon - doing some resarch on the similar packages if there is one like that but I cannot find similar quality.

    As it goes to Ubrin I've made body of male, female and undead and also I've done some concepts on the new but still similar armor design already but it stopped for now.

    I've strongly focus to work on the invector melee combat package and system and got into making almost entire castle instead of Ubrin :p

    I've also participated in ArtStation challenges and I had plenty of my everyday work where I make money :p

    But now I've stopped other thing and my everyday work went into normal and peacefull mode so I will focus strongly on Ubrin ! (once I'm done with the new medieval props package :p)

    Yeah I'm looking to use this in my game but I don't want to buy it if I have to buy the upgraded version just after. If I get it and can upgrade to the new one just paying the difference that would be fine with me. Some clarification on this would be great!

    Also it looks good and will fit my game well. Please finish the update soon! My game is already out so the sooner the better :D

    Heya and yes - this should work under 2018 version of Unity. I'm currently running on 2018.3 I guess.
    Update is coming very slowly due to my everyday job. So its been about 2 years now.
    But I'm still working on the new update - unfortunatly from the scrach again.
    And there is no deadline for me for this package - just as a hobby and I'm making it in my free time whenever I can :)
    Lately I've started again with the HighPoly of all 3 base models.
    Here is how they look like currently. I'll post a new update soon :) cheers !

    These are the new sketches for better and latest rig I've made and I'm testing them on renders and also in Unity. Female body will change definitly and details for male and undead will also change in details. I will try to make them as realistic as possible but still with a stylized touchy.

    Any news ? Seems to be a great asset but last update was nearly 2 years ago, it seems you did a lot of things in between with all the screens you show, why don't you push them ? @poboczny

    Nothing serious yet but some tests and sketches in 3d of a new Ubrin.

    This wont come out soon... it will take me some time to make it happen again but I never stopped...
    Few tries went to trash... but this one hopefully will see the daylight and it started to happen.

    In Edit>Project Settings>Player set the Color Space to Linear instead of Gamma

    It is going to be a paid upgrade for existing customers and the price will go higher for new custumers.
    But after the release it will be complete and I'll make only additional packages to it with some extra races or armors as seperate asset store packages.
    I'm making it now so that I'll never remake it from the scratch again :) which I hope it will go smoothly this time.

    I'm working on it every evening... testing everything I can in latest unity but using standard shaders.
    I have the sketch of main body - new hair, some cloth/armor tests. I have a head of the undead and now I'll be working on the main female body which finally will be based on a new and seperate rig.

    I guess it will take me max 6 months to have it done in a best possible way :)

    OK.... so I've menaged to sketch some low poly model and it will have about 6k verts and 12k triangles so as far as I'm concerned it will be quite optimal.
    If with armor it will have way more than I'll cut here and there.
    Character will have teeth even and tounge.
    I'm thinking of adding some blend shapes to the head so that the character have some facial expressions but I'm affraid it can get to heavy for mobiles but should be ok for any other platform.
