changing XR settings is not allowed in play mode ?

    hi
    I keep getting this message:
    changing XR settings is not allowed in play mode ?

    I have started getting it when I make a new project in Unity and Iam trying to look at m project in Oculus Rift.
    for some reason I didnt use to get it when I made previous projects ?

    it means I cant view anything in Oculus ? and it happens when I hit play ?

    any ideas
