Changing Install Path during Editor Install bug

I changed the install path while installing Unity 2018.3.0b2 (first time using hub). The installation occurred (as expected) to C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor\2018.3.0b2, but the Hub displays the location as C:\Unity\2018.3.02b which would reflect the changed install path--but there isn't anything there.

Expected that the installation should have proceeded in the original path (it did) and display that location for the installed version in Hub (it doesn't).
