Changelog viewing for unistalled packages

    Hi - It would be useful to see the changelog for uninstalled packages.
    This would help let people know what the latest updates are before installing/updating.

    i.e. I'm using HDRP 4.6.p (recommended by key asset I'm using). The latest version is 4.9.0.p
    If I look at the changelog, all I can see is info' related to 4.6.0.

    I've tried a new project and installed the latest version and that allows me to see all the update info to 4.9.0 (so it's all there).

    Hi @Waterlane,

    This feature is present in the most recent versions of the Package Manager. The links to the documentation and changelogs will be based on the selected version in the drop-down, rather than the installed version. Note that APIs and features should never be different from one patch version to another, e.g. 1.2.3 vs 1.2.4, so the external pages document the latest patch of "1.2".

    This is only available as of 2019.1+, not 2018.3.

    That's great - Thanks for the quick reply - I'll look forward to moving to 2019 when out of beta :)
