Feedback Changelog sites not live on time

    Almost every LTS release did not get it's changelog available the same time as the release in unity hub. This is very annoying as I have to wait for the release notes to drop to see if I should update projects.

    This also happened with 2021.3.22

    I'd rather have the release notes drop early and the build hitting later.
