Change Shader Depending On Settings?

    I want something like this: disable all maps (normal, roughness, etc) exepte color on Low settings, enabled everything on Ultra, etc
    I could do it in Unreal by using Quality Switch in material, but Unity's material system is different.
    How can I do this?
