Change of Scene View's FOV

Is it possible? How can i do?

i want change of "SCENE" view's FOV

that is not an answer because changing that camera fov doesnt work.

 

This link doesn't seem to work. Can you tell us how to change the FOV here? No editor script (that I write) can change it.
