Change name of "General Discussion" to something like "General Discussion (Non support)"

    People in the General area tend to not mind answering support questions when they can, along with polite pointers to use the correct section. However, people are more likely to get useful support responses if they go to the right place in the first place.

    Clearly, stating that General Discussion is not a support forum in the description is not obvious enough for many people. As such, I suggest reflecting it in the title as well.
