Change log icons lacks tooltips

    Hi. Only 2 icons from change log window are perfectly clear to me: "adding new file" (green +), "deleting old file" (red x). All the rest is pretty much a game of guesses. Can you please add significantly descriptive tooltips over those icons so we can resolve our doubts when icon isn't enough?
