Question Change default terrain settings automatically?

When a new terrain is created in the editor, is there a way to automatically change the default settings for the terrain? Right now if I create a terrain I have to alter the terrain settings to match all my other terrains. Is there a simple script that can detect when a new terrain is added and change the settings to what I want?

 

could check if presets work with terrain,

so create one preset, then can apply to new ones.
