Certification Event Cologne 18. Aug.

    Hello,
    there is a certification event in Cologne, Germany at the 18. August.
    My question: Can I access this event by just buying the ticket for 230€? Or is this certification event a "sub-event" of something else, that I have also to pay for, to get in?
