CentOS - UnityAPP needs to be run on an Unix system - What to do ?

Hi
A friend of mine programmed an unity app for me and now this app must run on my rented webhost with Unix CentOS 7.0 .
The development for my Unity app will be done at his home. The testing must take place on the webhost.

additional Info: The Unity app will communicate with an e-commerce program which is already installed on my webhost

Do I need to install the complete unity package for Unix on the webhost ( CentOS) or is there a special runnig enviroment available to test my unity app ?
What do I have to do so the unity app can be used and testing on the webhost ?
