Center Toggle in Canvas with 1920x1080 hit area

    Hi
    Need to create a 'Play' toggle over a video so that when a user clicks the video area the video pauses and they see a 'Play' icon.

    How do i create a Toggle so that it centers in my Canvas (or UIPanel)?
    How do I create my Toggle with a transparent 1920x1080 hit area(same size as my video)?
