CCD cannot be reached from certain locations

    Hi there, we have a ton of support cases from e.g. the Phillipines, Vietnam and other regions that are unable to access the CCD content through the mobile apps. Is there any list of countries where CCD is not available/supported?

    Hi Cinetek,

    the CCD solution is available in all countries(Special implementation for China is needed).

    We would like to have more details about the errors that you're seeing.

    Could you share some logs and any valuable details?
