Bug (Case 1363782) Linear color space + Android Screen Recording makes screen flickering

Hi. I found graphics issue related to URP and color space.

When using URP + linear color space, Android Screen Recording feature makes screen flickering.

Here is condition table what I tested:
1. URP + Linear color space : flickering
2. URP + Gamma color space : no flickering
3. Built-in RP + Linear color space : no flickering
4. Built-in RP + Gamma color space : no flickering
5. Other engines (like Unreal) : no flickering

So it seems that URP's issue.

I reported this as Case 1363782.
