Having an empty scene and the Occlusion Culling window open surprisingly causes CPU/GPU utilization go up significantly.

    Reproduce
    1. Create new "3D" project on Windows 10
    2. Open Windows Task Manager and notice the GPU Utilization is about 0%
    3. Open Window > Rendering > Occlusion Culling

    Actual
With "Occlusion Culling" window open, GPU utilization is about 30% on my PC and the GPU fan spins all the time. The PC has a RTX2080 installed, my old card would probably just burst into flames ;) Thank you again for the hardware dear people at Unity.

    Expected
"Occlusion Culling" window should not add so much overhead.
When the Unity Editor is minimized, CPU and GPU utilization should be about 0%.
