Bug (Case 1336734) [General] [Regression] Font Rendering in the Editor is broken, again

    QA says this is "minimal" and "cosmetic only" but I disagree. If half the editor UI is now on TextCore and that is blurry and I can hardly read the text, and nobody has catched this so far I'm not sure what's going wrong.

    Hey, this is a tool people use everyday. They need to be able to read text in it. Thanks.
