Bug (Case 1298760) Import progressbar does not reflect import progress

Importing the "Pro Sound Collection" causes the progressbar in the import dialog to start at 95%, then jump to 100% until the import finished (which takes a long time).

Reproduce

Import https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/audio/sound-fx/pro-sound-collection-50235

Actual
Progessbar does not reflect import progress.

Expected
Progessbar reflects the import progress.
