Bug (Case 1215544) AssetDatabase.FindAssets() with label filter significantly slow

Hi. I found that AssetDatabase.FindAssets() with label filter on AssetDatabase v2 is significantly slower than v1. (still occurred with Unity 2019.3.0f6)

This issue add 1 minute freezing time to every entering play mode and script recompiling, when using Google PlayServiceResolver related libraries (ex, firebase).
