Bug (Case 1180126) Switching platform does not trigger script compilation

    I found that Unity 2019.3.0b1 does not re-compile scripts when switching platforms.

    This issue makes that all of "#if UNITY_[PLATFORM NAME]" related scripts be broken until manually re-import scripts.
